Neil Askew. Senior Partner. Neil founded Askews in 1997, having achieved Chartered Certified Accountants status in 1995. He has a very personal and hands on approach to business and he enjoys working with talented entrepreneurs to help improve their businesses.
With over 19 years experience, Louise joined Askews in 2004 and is currently a Partner. She leads the lively team, covering all aspects of accounts preparation, taxation advice, bookkeeping services and staff training. She has a clear understanding of owner-managed businesses and can provide tailored solutions.
Chris SalterAccountant, Business Advisor
Chris merged his firm, Oakwoods Accountancy, a successful Coventry firm, with Askews on 1st September 2015. We now have the benefit of Chris’s Management Accountancy experience. Chris is a CIMA certified Accountant and has worked as a Finance Director in a variety of sectors including Telecommunications and Engineering.
Laura MooreSenior Accountant
Laura joined Askews in January 2013 as Senior Accountant after qualifying as an ACCA with another local firm. Laura believes in providing an adequate and timely service of high quality to all her clients. Laura enjoys assisting clients with a wide variety of queries and preparation of year end accounts and personal tax returns
Gemma HolbrowSenior Accountant
Gemma joined Askews in 2007 and achieved her Chartered Certified Accountants status in 2012. She manages a portfolio of clients and enjoys assisting them with their tax and accounting issues. She also became a Xero Certified Advisor in September 2015, so is able to help businesses with any Xero queries they may have.
Jodi JacksonSenior Accountant
Jodi is a Senior Accountant / Client Manager. Jodi joined Askews in 2007 and has since gained her Chartered Certified Accountant status. She works with clients to meet their accounting deadlines including year end accounts, tax returns and management accounts. Jodi enjoys training staff and providing clients with support for their day to day queries.
Ben Hudson. Accountant. Ben joined Askews straight from school in 2008 and became ACCA qualified in early 2015. He enjoys assisting clients with the start-up of new companies and helping them get their business up and running.
Jackie BrassingtonPractice Manager
Jackie joined Askews in 2010. She works in Askews Accounts’ department and is also highly competent in management accounts. She heads up the team of internal operations.
Sara O'NeillManagement Accountant
Sara joined Askews in 2006 and has gained a vast amount of experience in bookkeeping and payroll. Sara steps in and assists with any issues in these areas. She produces monthly management accounts for the entire Askews client portfolio.
Richard BrownManagement Accountant
Prior to joining Askews in 2006, Richard worked in industry for 8 years. Since joining Askews, Richard has gained experience in all aspects of accountancy, working with clients ranging from sole traders to multi-million pound turnover companies.
Suzanne CampbellPayroll Administrator
Suzanne Campbell. Joined Askews in October 2015. With over 10 years experience in Payroll. Suzanne prepares and processes weekly, fortnightly, monthly and Quarterly payrolls for clients and also assists with administration of pension schemes. Contact Suzanne should you have any payroll queries.
Jane joined Askews Accountancy in September 2015. She is an experienced book keeper with twenty two years service at Barclays. She specialises in book keeping, accounts and payroll for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. She also handles preparation of accounts and VAT.
Daniel TaylorTrainee Accountant
Daniel Taylor. Daniel joined Askews in April 2016 and assists in aspects such as Company Secretarial, Accounts, VAT and Payroll. Daniel is currently working his way through AAT and is nearing completion after which he will study ACCA.
Sean CareyTrainee Accountant
Sean Carey. Sean joined Askews in January 2014 and assists in aspects such as Company Secretarial, Accounts, VAT and Payroll. Sean is currently working his way through AAT and is nearing completion after which he will study ACCA.
Katie CallawayTrainee Accountant
Katie Callaway. Joined Askews in 2012. Currently training towards achieving her AAT qualification. Katie assists with the preparation of Year End Accounts, VAT returns and Payroll. Katie enjoys developing her skills and is keen to finish her exams.
Courtney ChallengerTrainee Accountant
Courtney has been working in practice for a few years covering VAT returns, reparation of client records and payroll. He Joined Askews in 2015.
Emma DouglinAccounting Technician/Credit Controller
Emma joined askews in 2007 starting off in reception. She has since achieved her AAT Qualification in 2014, supporting clients with Bookkeeping and VAT. She enjoys assisting clients with debt collection and has recently stated to train in credit management.
Gill CrowleyPersonal Assistant
Gill Crowley. Receptionist/Admin. Gill has been with the company since 2004 and has watched it grow from 6 employees to 20 and has seen her role grow with it. Gill now has 2 more admin staff to help with the extra work load.
Carina DonohoePractice Receptionist
Receptionist/administrator. Carina has been with Askews since March 2015 and supports Askews Accountants, Legal and Insurance with their daily needs.
Kayleigh MartinezPractice Receptionist
Kayleigh Martinez. Receptionist/administrator. Kayleigh has been with Askews since March 2014. She is part of the front of house team supporting Askews Accountants, Legal and Insurance with their daily needs.
